Why we named Ketupat our restaurant?

Because "Ketupat" is the only one real national dish, who unify thousand of  Spice Islands and... to be invited by Indonesian people to share Ketupat as an honor!

Also... is the most popular dish and a symbol of welcoming in the family!

Now everyone, from any country, can taste this food and experience the exquisite  Indonesian Hospitality.

* Ketupat is a steaming rice wrap up by coconut leaves, in a "origami like" bundle, 8 hours cooking for perfectly served.

For the gourmets: Indonesia, the Species Islands of antiquity, maybe likened to a kaleidoscope of Asian cookery. Indonesian food is an exciting mix of Moslem, Hindu and Buddhist influence, expressed differently, it is a blending of Malay - Arab, Indian and Chinese culinary art.
